Hawra Adbulwahab
Founding Partner
Hawra Abdulwahab is the founder and managing partner of Abdulwahab Attorneys & Legal Consultants.
In 2018, Hawra graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Law degree (Licence du Droit) from Paris Descartes University. Before establishing Abdulwahab Attorneys & Legal Consultants in 2021, she gained significant legal expertise across various disciplines while working at several law firms in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Hawra currently assists business entities and their principals with various general business issues, including entity formation and restructuring. Furthermore, she uses her talent in real estate, corporate, employment, and family law.
Her clientele currently includes corporate institutions, family-owned businesses, and international clients. Clients praise her ability to handle all disputes with utmost care.
Hawra is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
Sulaiman Al-Massis
Partner
Sulaiman has been a licensed attorney with the Jordan Bar Association since 2002 and holds a Master's Degree (LLM) from Kingston University in London, UK.
Sulaiman has over 20 years’ expertise in corporate and commercial sector, and has served multinational group companies, such as banks, commercial agencies, hotels, oil and gas companies and marine companies.
He has worked at a prominent law firm in Jordan for ten years before relocating to Bahrain to build a legal department and oversee Al Zayani Investments Group legal activities. Later in 2016, he transitioned to the oil and gas industry as a legal advisor with the Ministry of Oil and the Oil and Gas Holding Company. Sulaiman joined Abdulwahab Attorneys & Legal Consultants as a Partner in 2022.
Sulaiman is fluent in Arabic and English.
