Hawra Abdulwahab
Founding Partner
Hawra Abdulwahab is the founder and managing partner of Abdulwahab & Co.
In 2018, Hawra graduated with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree (Licence du Droit) from Paris Descartes University. Before establishing Abdulwahab & Co. in 2021, she gained significant legal expertise across various disciplines while working at several law firms in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Hawra currently assists business entities and their principals with various general business issues, including entity formation and restructuring. Furthermore, she uses her expertise in real estate, corporate, employment, and family law.
Her clientele currently includes corporate institutions, family-owned businesses, and international clients. Clients praise her ability to handle all disputes with utmost care.
Hawra is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
Sulaiman Al-Massis
Partner
Sulaiman Al-Massis is a partner of Abdulwahab & Co.
Since 2002, Sulaiman has been a licensed attorney with the Jordan Bar Association and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Kingston University in London, UK.
Before joining Abdulwahab & Co. as a Partner in 2022, he worked at a prominent law firm in Jordan for ten years before relocating to Bahrain to build a legal department and oversee Al Zayani Investments Group’s legal activities. Later in 2016, he transitioned to the oil and gas industry as a legal advisor with the Ministry of Oil and the Oil and Gas Holding Company.
Sulaiman currently has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and commercial sector and has served multinational group companies such as banks, commercial agencies, hotels, oil and gas companies, and marine companies.
Sulaiman is fluent in Arabic and English.
Zahraa Al-Khunaizi
Legal Associate - Business Development & HR Manager
Zahraa Al-Khunaizi works with Abdulwahab & Co. as a Legal Associate - Business Development & HR Manager.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors and has developed experience in criminal, labor, constitutional, and real estate law. She practiced law with a focus on criminal matters, handling significant cases and representing clients before the courts, Public Prosecution, and police authorities.
Zahraa specializes in labor law, legal drafting, internal policy development, contract review, and employment-related dispute resolution. Through her work with Abdulwahab & Co., she contributes valuable expertise in employment, regulatory, and dispute-related matters, supporting the firm’s commitment to delivering practical and effective legal solutions.
Zahraa is fluent in Arabic and English.
Fatema Sami
Junior Associate
Fatema Sami works as a Junior Associate at Abdulwahab & Co.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Bahrain. Since joining the firm in 2024, Fatema has been involved in a broad spectrum of legal matters spanning labor, family, civil, and commercial law. She brings focused legal expertise across litigation, contract drafting, and legal advisory.
Fatema currently represents clients in court hearings and before the Public Prosecution, handles complaint filings, and actively participates in negotiations and pre-litigation dispute resolution. As such, she has a sharp eye for detail and a practical, client-focused approach.
She is known for her strong research and analytical capabilities, her ability to perform under pressure, and her commitment to delivering reliable, effective legal support.
Fatema is fluent in Arabic and English.
Noor Jassim
Junior Associate
Noor Jassim Abdulla holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction.
She has developed experience in corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Her professional background includes work in financial services compliance and anti-money laundering (AML), as well as training in corporate governance and related legal frameworks.
Noor currently serves as a dedicated member of the Abdulwahab & Co. team, where she is committed to delivering thorough, strategic, and reliable legal support to clients. She is recognized for her strong research capabilities, analytical precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
